Falkirk East and Linlithgow - New Boundary and Name

Please comment on the proposed Falkirk East and Linlithgow constituency below.

Please use this text box to leave your comments on our proposed constituency of Falkirk East and Linlithgow
Although these changes may small small and insignificant, these are totally unworkable. For one, there is simply NO connection whatsoever with Linlithgow from the areas of Grangemouth, south Alloa, Skinflats, upper and lower Braes, or indeed Hallglen, Lionthorn and Glen Village. For example, using public transport, it would take 4 buses and around 3 hours to get to Linlithgow crossing council boundaries. It would also be a difficult situation for those in Grangemouth. Even more so as there is no railway link.

We were promised at the public enquiry that the boundaries were not to change and feel extremely disappointed that our views have not been listened to and completely ignored by the Boundary Commission. Shame on you.
